    Hello there,
    I have a bit of a problem in my webstore, and I am trying to rule out different things.

    I have not updated to the last Enfold, because I don’t know how to update to the latest version, without loosing all my theme modifications. Can you please tell me what to do?

    My problem is – I sell downloadable products, and my woocommerce have all off a sudden stopped sending out the confirmation e-mails, and I am trying to find out if it could be caused by me not having updated the theme.. Have you ever experienced this before? The rest works, customers can purchase products, and everything seems fine, but they don’t get their confirmation, and then can’t download their product.

    I would really appreciate a quick answer.

    Please move your customisations to a child theme to avoid them being overwritten on updates: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/

    Try the following for your email problem: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/. I would suggest you contact your hosting provider as well to see if they know what is going wrong.

    Hi there I am facing same problem – but link here for solution leads to Icon set up… so please be so kind and tell us how to fix this problem:
    no email with download link after payment is sent…
