    Hi

    The theme has not updated for years, we have taken over support of the website, I have purchased a new version from yourselves and upgraded to 4.8, now the dynamic_avia folder is over 50GB

    Delete old CSS and JS files? is enabled

    any ideas?

    Please post admin WordPress and FTP login details in private, so that we can have a closer look. Also please let us know if you have backups of the site or not.

    I disabled unique timestamps by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/optimization/#troubleshoot. Could you please clear server cache and check if that helps?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’ll include my IP in private, but please note that it’s dynamic and might change once I get a chance to login. If you want to try yourself, then please try deleting all the content from the dynamic_avia folder. Once that is done, then make sure to save the theme options again, so that the theme style sheets will regenerate. Also make sure that you have a backup of your site before trying this, in case something should go wrong.

    If your hosting provider has FTP functionality on the backend, then access to that might work instead of FTP.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I saved the theme options again, and cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and it looks normal after that. Could you check on your end as well please? If you can’t see any difference, then please check in an incognito or private browser window.
