    Hallo zusammen,

    auf meiner Webseite werden drop-down icons bei der Auswahl einer Anzahl nicht dargestellt, dies bezieht sich aber nur auf die Darstellung im Firefox Browser. Im Safari und im Chrome Browser werden die drop-down icons angezeigt. Woran kann der Fehler liegen? Ich habe ein Child Theme aktiviert: Your current Parent Theme (Enfold) Version Number is 4.2.6

    Ich bin mir sicher, dass “vor ein paar Wochen” das drop-down icon noch angezeigt wurde bei Firefox.

    Hello everybody,

    On my website drop-down icons are not displayed when selecting a number, but this only applies to the display in the Firefox browser. The drop-down icons are displayed in Safari and the Chrome browser. What can be the fault? I have activated a child theme: Your current Parent Theme (Enfold) Version Number is 4.2.6

    I am sure that “a few weeks ago” the drop-down icon was still displayed on Firefox.

    What can I do?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using an older version of Enfold. Could you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.2 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and WordPress to the latest version?

    Hi Yigit,

    thanks for helping me… i’ve installed the enfold child theme, does that matter?

    I’m trying to update the latest enfold version but it doesnt work, see this link:

    “download failed. A valid URL was not submitted”

    what is wrong?

    Hi Daniel,

    Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
