Dear Team,
It hasn’t been long since the last inquiry but nevertheless, I am sure that a lot of companies might find it very useful.
I was wondering whether it was possible to create a button clicking on which a drop down menu would appear with selection of different links.
There is no way to post images with my inquiry but here is a link where such a button is implemented: (Orange button “JETZT KAUFEN” on the right side of the screen) https://www.denta-expert.de/empfindliche-zaehne-behandlung.html.
Looking forward hearing from you.

AlexanderJuly 26, 2021 at 8:41 am #1312316Hi,
For the meantime, you can try one of these custom select boxes.
// https://freefrontend.com/css-select-boxes/
You can find a demo and the code here.

Would you reckon that I should use html and css together? It’s not like I can just choose one of them, right?
This question might be stupid, but I have never implemented a custom element like that before.

Yes, you would create elements using HTML and style them using CSS :)

YigitJuly 29, 2021 at 6:57 pm #1313313Hi Yigit,
Thank you for the reply. Could you though please explain to me in a little more detail how exactly should such element be constructed?
Correct me if I am wrong, should I create a new “Code Block” with the html provided by the codepen.io and then use a custom CSS (Placed in the Enfold theme settings)?Best regards,

Yes, you could do it that way. You could also create your custom builder element but that would be more complicated and unfortunately, beyond the scope of support. You may need to hire a freelance developer to create a custom element if you are not comfortable with this kind of customization. For more info on how to add a custom shortcode or element, please check the following documentation.

Thank you for the reply. Will keep this in mind.
Although I do hope that such button would come sometime in the future :)

AlexanderAugust 4, 2021 at 5:12 pm #1314434Although I must say that just placing the html code in a Code Block does not result in anything :(
August 4, 2021 at 5:45 pm #1314446Hi Alexander,
You would need to add CSS and JavaScript codes to your site as well. Please note example code is using SCSS preprocessor tool.
We have forwarded your request to our devs however if you need this button urgently, we would recommend you to hire a freelance developer as currently our devs are busy working on Enfold updates :)
Best regards,
