    Hi, – since my update to the latest version recently I am no longer able to :
    drag/drop elements in Avia onto my layout;
    move elements around the page;
    move menu items around from the menu section.

    Here are the symptoms:
    The element will drag from the repository section, but will stick to my mouse cursor and I am unable to land it on the page. The same occurs with menu items. Selection is possible but then de-selction or dropping is impossible. The items stick to the mouse and do not release. They follow the mouse cursor and the only way out is to reload the page.

    This same problem occurs on different computers. Strangely, it may stay off working for a few minutes before the issue arrises. I’ve eliminated the possibility of this being an issue with an isolated computer because several of us are having the same issue and it’s making page design impossible. Various browsers including safari, chrome, IE tested and problem occurs on all.

    I deactivated the last few plug-ins, back to well before the problem started. I’ve logged in and out, restarted my browser… I also went back about a day and restored an earlier version of the layout: same problem. New and old pages are having the same problem.

    Note that we did perform the update manually via ftp and have some customisation on our site. If it helps to know, quick css codes do not seem to work on our site.

    Please let me know if I can provide any additional info – and hopefully you’ve got a solution.

    Thanks!

    I just got the same problem, is there a fix or do you know what causes the problem?

    Hi kianweihrauch,

    Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
