We have 80+ licences for Enfold so are actively updating sites most days. Since introducting the new API token, we have had issues with supposedly exceedign the download/rate threshold. I have, today, just tried to update 5 sites and have only managed to do 2. Now I get an error whener trying to update (Download failed: Forbidden) and logging into ThemeForest we get the error:
Whoops! Looks like you’ve already downloaded this item 20 times in the last 24 hours. That’s the daily limit! Come back in 24 hours to download it again.
This is not the case – please fix ASAP so we can actually update our many licences.

Thank you for writing to us.
We would love to help you with this issue but as you already know Envato change the way the API key works. These limits are not set by us and we do not have any control over the way Envato API works. We would suggest getting in touch with Envato support and let us know what they have to say.

VinayOK so they lay the blame with yourselves:
We’ve investigated the issue and it seems to be related to a recent update of Enfold, that seems to be making an excessive number of requests to download the latest version of the theme, and hence hitting the daily limit.
We’ve contacted Enfold’s author to let them know about the issue and hopefully they should release a fix soon, though we’ll have to allow them some time to investigate and implement it.
