    Hello support team,

    I’m getting error message to install the demo (any demo).
    Error message:
    “Download of files for demo Default Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

    – WordPress – newest version
    – Entered a valid Envato private token
    – Tried many time
    – I have used your theme a couple times, first time to use with “Envato private token”.

    Please advice.

    Thanks for that. First of all, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hello,

    I have updated the theme to version 5.4 but still getting same error message.
    Could you try to import “Default Demo” and find out what the issue is?

    Hi,

    The PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your installation, please try to enable it. Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that. You will probably want to update your PHP version at the same time, to 8.0 for example.
