Hello,
I have an issue with my website. Some elements and media don’t display at all in front, while displaying normally in the back office page preview. For exemple, this page : http://teknofun-entertainment.com/produits/
works perfectly fine in the preview mode, but seems broken for users.
I can’t figure it out. I uninstalled all my plugins, tried to check the media files, but nothing works. Even stranger, i have seen on the source code that the image are present, they just don’t appear.
And finally, changing something from the back-office doesn’t change anything on the front anymore, so i can’t even redo the page anew.
Some help would be greatly appreciated!July 3, 2017 at 12:21 pm #815830Hey Teknofun,

July 4, 2017 at 4:42 am #816135Hi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Just updated the theme, but apparently it didn’t fix the issue.

VictorJuly 4, 2017 at 12:02 pm #816265Hi Victor,
Thanks for the feedback, though what I’m seeing on the front end of your site seems to correspond with what you have in the builder. Did you clear your browser cache and reload the page after you updated? If that is not the problem then please post screenshots of what is not displaying on the front end. I checked the page in private.

VictorJuly 6, 2017 at 1:58 pm #817257Hi Victor,
There are a lot of errors in console. You could disable the caching plugin and flush the cache, and regenerate it.

VictoriaJuly 6, 2017 at 2:13 pm #817267Hello Victoria,
Would using W3 total cash do the trick?

VictorJuly 8, 2017 at 2:12 pm #818159Hi Victor,
I don’t think there is a need for that. You just need to get a habit of flushing and regenerating the cache after any update, and you should be fine in most cases.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
