    Hello,
    I am using your Enfold template and due to the upcoming GDPR regulations I need to either remove the comment boxes (“leave a reply”) – or remove the possibilities to enter comments at all – below the blog entries or adapt them to other input fields (currently name, email and website are visible).

    Can I do this somehow?

    PS: What else are you doing to fulfill the regulations of GDPR?

    Hey MaxEnth,

    You can switch off comments with the standard WP setting:

    Dashboard -> Settings -> Discussion -> Default article settings checkbox “Allow people to post comments on new articles”

    You can disable it for each post by opening the post for editing and uncheck “Allow comments.” in the discussion meta box.
