Different headers on page load and scroll

Dear all,

I am currently working on a client project and would love to implement a header similar to the one used in this theme:
http://ttdemo.wpengine.com/calluna/

I really like the idea of having one menu style on page load and the other move in from the top once the initial logo disappears.
Played around with the different header styles and combinations, also tried invisible and appear on scroll but that didn’t add up. Also read a lot of the forum posts, but haven’t found a working solution so far.

Any ideas on how to replicate this behavior with Enfold?
