Dear Kiesi-Team,
My design is not showing anymore …
Since I received chatbot-messages every 10 minutes, I installed the V3
Google reCAPTCHA. Do you think this could be the problem?
Or is it rather one of the 5 recommendation for improvement (like: to
have a standard theme, …)Kind regards,
PetraAugust 23, 2023 at 8:35 am #1416919Hey wieckhorstpetra,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Since I received chatbot-messages every 10 minutes,
What do you mean by “chatbot-messages”? We may need to access the site or see a screenshot in order to understand the issue better. Please use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. Here are the steps to follow:
1.) Visit the website of your chosen platform, such as Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox.
2.) Locate the option to upload a file or an image.
3.) Select the screenshot file from your computer or device and upload it to the platform.
4.) After the upload is complete, you will be provided with a shareable link or an embed code.
5.) Copy the link or code and include it in your message or response to provide us with the screenshot.Thank you for taking the time to share the screenshot. It will help us better understand the issue you’re facing and provide appropriate assistance.
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
When it says “standard theme”, it probably refers to the default TwentyX themes provided by WordPress. You can ignore these suggestions since you’re using a premium theme. Again, a screenshot of the issue or suggestions will help.

Thanks for following up.
You may have forgotten the links to the screenshot. Please use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox for the screenshot.

Thank you for the screenshot.
1.) As mentioned above, the suggestion is probably referring to the use of default themes such as TwentyX themes.
2.) Did it say which module is missing? Please open the toggle and forward the info to us.
3.) This will require the use of another database caching system such as Redis and Memcached, which might require additional server and it’s not available on shared hosting. You can try the following plugin instead.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/docket-cache/
4-5.) Did you modify the .htaccess file? You may need to install security plugins such as WP Cerber or Sucuri to handle the security rules for the site.

Thank you for the update.
2.) It says that the Imagick extension is disabled. Again, you can ignore this suggestion or you can ask your hosting provider to enable it for you. You can also install an image compression plugin such as Shortpixel or Imagify.
3.) Your only option is to configure Redis or Memcache, or just ignore the suggestion. You can still improve the loading speed of the site even without object caching. Please check the articles below.

// https://gtmetrix.com/wordpress-optimization-guide.html4.) Try to install one of the security plugins that we mentioned above.

2.) This is a server-related issue, and we won’t be able to assist you further with it. Please contact your hosting provider for further assistance. You can safely disregard the warning because the site should still function as expected even without the extension.
4-5.) Please check the following links.

// https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/Thank you for your patience.

2.) We recommend the server solution because the extension might be necessary for other components on the site, including plugins and additional extensions.
4-5.) Please check this article for more info.
// https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-http-security-headers-in-wordpress/
You can manually add the security headers in your .htaccess file as well, but we recommend using the options from the plugins.

Again, you can try the Sucuri plugin instead. Looks like WP Cerber is no longer maintained in the WordPress plugin repository. More instructions can be found in the following article.
If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
Best regards,
