    Hello,

    I have a question. I use Layer Slider WP within the Enfold theme. LSWP generates a few errors on my site:

    On the frontend:
    Deprecated: Get_magic_quotes_gpc () function is deprecated in /var/www/clients/client32/web13/web/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/include/slider_markup_setup.php on line 106

    On the backend:
    Deprecated: contextual_help has been deprecated since version 3.3.0. Instead, use get_current_screen () -> add_help_tab (), get_current_screen () -> remove_help_tab (). in /var/www/clients/client32/web13/web/wp-include/functions.php on line 5088

    WordPress and Enfold theme have been updated to the newest version. How can I fix this error?

    Can you try to switch to PHP version 7.3?

    Hello, I have a similar issue. I get this error message “Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /customers/8/4/7/scaletronicglobal.com/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php on line 28” on the frontend.

    My layerslider version is 6.7.6. The latest version is 6.11.1.

    How do I update or fix the issue?

    Hi Rick,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
