    I have a basic installation, with no plugins active. When clicking on import, the pages and posts are created, but no images come over. I have checked the error logs and do not see any issues. The folders are created, the images start to upload but never reach a filesize greater than 0 MB. I have a valid license and the token has connected. This is the 8th or 9th time I have used the theme so I am familiar with the process. Is is possible to have a link to the XML file so I can try a direct import?

    Thank you. I took the manual step but all media is still failing to import. I will try to manually reset permissions to see if that fixes the issue. We can consider this closed as the issue is not the import but something with my server setup.

    You can also try increasing the memory
