    Hi there,

    I’ve installed/used the Enfold demos a large number of times but for some reason the imports keep failing on my lastest installation.

    It’s a Godaddy Managed WordPress. Each time I try to import it says “Import failed. Please try reloading the page”.

    I have tried several times as well using WP Reset. I’ve even purchased and downloaded a new version of Enfold but still no luck!

    Please can someone take a look?

    Sorry, I forgot to add that it’s the Hotel demo we’d like to install.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, I get the same error on my end as well unfortunately. The server is responding with a 500 internal server error on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see why that is maybe?

    You could also try to import the demo manually: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-
