    Dear Support Team!
    I tried to import the demo enfold-construction, but I could not download the images. My provider says it is not the php-limit, but it is his firewall, now he needs to open either the IP/API or the URL. Can you please tell me this. Many Thanks!

    Thanks for that, so your hosting needs to activate something in order for it to work? Did the host actually do that? What do you need from us?

    the host would need the IP / API or the URL to which is the demo enfold-construction accessed.

    they can use our domain, it is imported from kriesi.at or get any info from that domain.
