    Hi! I cant import any demo theme. I have installed Enfold theme and then enfold child theme. After activating Enfold child theme it is not possible to import any demo from Demo import. It does not even work to import demo if I have Enfold theme (not child theme) active. I have done this before on the same webserver without any problems but now it is not working at all. Have also tried to reinstall WordPress but that did not work. Hope you can help!

    Hey Rebecca,
    Thanks for the login to your site, what web host are you using?
    I see in your WordPress ▸ Dashboard ▸ Tools ▸ Site Health ▸ Info ▸ Server you have a negative number: Max input time -1, typically this is set to a positive 180.

    Please ask your web host to change the Max input time to 180.
    After correcting this server issue try importing the demo again.
    If this still doesn’t work then try the manual import as in our documentation

    Hi! Thanks for quick respons! I have other enfold installations that has worked fine with the same value (max input time -1). I changed the
    Max input time to 5000 and it still does not work :( I have tried the manually import before but that does not work for me :( I dont understand what is wrong, I have done this before so many times without any problems. I really hope you can help me :)
