    I have just purchased a second licence for Enfold for a separate website – chiswickrowingtrust.co.uk

    I am unable to upload any of the demo sites – the one I would like to upload is Creative Studio.

    I had no problems with the Enfold2017 demo on a different site with the same hosting provider (Fasthosts).

    I have tried re-installing WordPress and starting from scratch.

    Enfold is uploaded and the licence key is established.

    I have attached an FTP and a site username and password. The zip file for Enfold itself required uploading via ftp both for this site and my earlier site.

    Hey rickyw2,

    Thanks for the login details. I see that Enfold is not active on the site, can we activate it in order to import the demo for you? I see that you are not running the latest version of the theme, please consider updating: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    I had switched to another theme as I needed to get something up for the charity.

    I have downloaded 4.7.6.4 and made it active but the Creative Studio download still doesn’t work. Please help.

    Hi rickyw2,

    Some hosting providers have secure PHP options activated.
    These advanced settings will probably need to be looked at by your web host,
    if “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off” try turning these “on”.
