hi, this is the first time I use your theme, it looks nice but I have an immediate problem: the import of the demo. I’ve tried several times even with a lighter one page demo but it never manages to import media files.
I have installed and activated a child theme and I have an updated version of wp and plugins. Can you help me? I would like to import the full demo version of 2017.
This is the error message I receive “Importing didnt work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again”

thanks, I had already followed the indicated procedure, in fact I had already installed and used WP database reset to try and try again in the import. At the moment my media gallery is empty. Every time I try to import a demo, I sometimes install the pages and the contents but never the media. the media folder is always empty.

It’s possible that your server blocks the source of the demo files or vice versa. Have you tried doing the manual import? It is described in the documentation.

You can also try to import the demo on your localhost before migrating it to the live site.
