    Hello,
    I am having probems with the demo import.
    I have done it several times with enfold on the same server and others sites. I want to add the wedding demo.

    the php max upload is at 76 mb.

    what can be the problem?
    I have added admin credentials if neccessary.

    Hey Rio1,

    Can we try to test importing the demo? this would affect what is currently on your site and change your settings.

    Yes, it’s ok if settings change.
    But please do not delete the pages that are already there.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, the problem is that your server is throwing a 500 internal server error on the admin-ajax.php file. You can try to import the file in private instead to see if you have any luck with it.

    Thanks, i have tried that, but it didn’t work.
    Can you tell me what I can change on server side to make this work? Or what exactly I should tell/ask my server support people ?

    Can you try to give us ftp access as well? so we can try to enable debugger and check further.
