    Dear Support-Team,
    I tried to import the Construction Demo (via the DemoField and also manuell) but it did not work. What could be the problem? I set the rules on my server as explained.
    The error message is:
    “Download of files for demo Construction Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

    Hey mpraeauer,

    The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify. Also make sure that you have a valid SSL certificate applied to your site.

    I tested the login details and they work for me, please try again… and I added a valid SSL certificate now.

    Now I have a new issue:

    Error accessing file for download:
    Es wurde keine gültige URL übermittelt.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, the login details are working now. I see that the HP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server, please try enabling it.

    Hi Rikard, i activated it and there is the same problem. Now I did all manual on my server and I was able to activate the Demo, but now I have the problem, that I can not send Emails or load Plugins.

    Hi Rikard, i just set up my whole wordpress project again and now everything works except to visit the other pages than the landingpage. What could be the problem here? I always get the error message:

    Not Found
    The requested URL was not found on this server.
    Apache/2.4.52 (Ubuntu) Server at test.mpraeauer.com Port 443

    Is it a server issue? If yes, how can I solve it? You can find the credentials of my website in the private content.

    And I also get this message “Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen. Die Antwort ist keine gültige JSON-Antwort.” if I change something on one of those pages.

    Hi,
    I have not seen this before but I found this explanation:

    You need to configure your server to also serve your content on port 443 (https). Right now it’s still using the cPanel default.

    Try asking your webhost for assistance, when I add a SSL to my domains it is automatic though my webhost cPanel with AutoSSL, so I’m not sure why you would need to manually adjust it, better ask your webhost team.
