    here is new thread with my admin login, ftp login, and cpanel login in the Private Content. The WordPress Installation was made with the AppWizard from Strato. This made the database automatically without creating a password for database. But you could delete the installation if possible.

    I haven’t selected an finally demo theme, because I want try some and decide after. You can install this one: kriesi.at/themes/enfold-construction

    Hi,

    Try to create a php file in your root folder, call it test_ziparchive.php and add this code:

    <?php
	if( class_exists('ZipArchive') ) {
		echo "ZipArchive Enabled!";
	} else {
		echo "ZipArchive Disabled!";
	}
?>

    If it’s disabled (or probably not installed) try to contact your webhost and ask to install and enable ZipArchive. Hope this helps.

    Maybe because of the host. In FileZilla there are no problems with using the login datas you see in private content.

    Hi,

    Thanks I could access it now and enabled debug, I couldn’t find any. I tried to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-importer/ to try to import manually however it doesn’t seem to work, most of the plugins that are available couldn’t be installed for some reason, can you install that plugin via Plugins > Add New?

    Thanks I have exported the layerslider and adjusted some settings, I also can see this error when I tried to import just now:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)     admin-ajax.php

    If none of it works please try to contact your hosting provider, so they can check the server logs and fix the 500 Internal Server error.

    Hi,

    The problem is still there, I’m just not sure what’s causing it and preventing the importing of images, have tried using the default wordpress theme twentyfifteen and exporting and importing images but still doesn’t work though uploading images through Media Library does work fine and permissions are okay on the uploads folder, the pages where imported properly, I just adjusted the settings, though images are still not there and main menu still needs to be fixed. Would it be okay if we just help you with the remaining stuff?
