I try to import any demo after a clean install but I allways get feedback that the import did not work.
What to do?October 3, 2020 at 2:22 am #1250216Hey bloggeravisen,
Please try to do the manual demo import.
Here’s a link in our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-Best regards,
NikkoJune 9, 2021 at 8:36 am #1304806I never had anything to complain about Enfold theme until I bumped into this demo import issue. I went through many readings on Kriesi’s support page but nothing worked out for me.
This issue was apparently first reported in 2019 but no proper fix has been implemented so far.
I understand that there are many factors that could cause such an issue an that each and every case might be different but as one of the best selling WP theme of all time on Themeforest, I would have expected Kriesi’s team to thoroughly look into that issue and to have fixed it by now.It seems that many Enfold users are still struggling to fix this and I believe the solution suggested on this thread by Nikko is the only “workaround”.
If you are looking for all Enfold’s demo xml files, the following link might come in handy :
