    I just bought your theme and trying to understand 2 things

    1. I understand the is a forum to search for answers.
    If I can not find the answer to my question, how can I ask a new question in the forum?
    I could not find a place to open a new case and to ask a new question.

    2. I have searched for an answer regarding your “enfold-visual-artist” demo
    I have installed it and it is not responsive.
    The background images are not sowen on IOS and are too big and streachy on android.
    I have followed this on the forum:

    And added this css code using “Simple Custom CSS” plugin

    Does not work
