I have a few rotating headers and rotating partner elements on one of my pages, and I would like to delay the start of the rotation until the user scrolls to that point on the page. That way the user sees the first word/phrase and the first picture first regardless of how much time it takes the user to get to that point. Right now sometimes when you reach that point on the page the user will see the second or third phrase or picture first and then eventually sees the intended first phrase/picture after it rotates.
It would take a lot of time and code to implement so it would have to be considered custom work. It sounds like a cool idea though so consider creating a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and we may see something get added in a future update.
