Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed? also make sure you’re running the latest version of Enfold (3.6.1).

Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.
If that does not help, do you mind if we deactivate all active plugins for testing purposes?
