Hi,
My default visual editor is missing
Any idea why?

Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed? also make sure you’re running the latest version of Enfold (3.6.1).

Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.
If that does not help, do you mind if we deactivate all active plugins for testing purposes?Best regards,

Yes you can disable plugins
I have a full backup which we can restore if needed.

It might be worth just holding off for the moment as I am getting my cloud server host technical team to look / repair this problem.
