    Hallo,

    seit kurzem kann man keine Dateien (egal welche Dateigröße und welches Dateiformat) in die Mediathek hochladen. Sobald der Upload abgeschlossen ist, ist nur ein Icon zu sehen, das zeigt, dass die hochgeladene Datei beschädigt ist. Innerhalb der letzten Monate funktionierte aber alles einwandfrei.

    Was kann das Problem sein, wie wurde es hervorgerufen?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I tried uploading an image and I get the same results as you. Your server is responding with a 403 error (forbidden), please try reaching out to your hosting provider to find out why the server is responding that way.

    Hallo Annalena,

    Thanks for the update. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default themes like TwentyNineteen? If it does then it’s not a theme problem. You could also try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.
