Hello,
Everytime we update, a change has to be made to class-form-generator.php file, because we want the date to show MM/DD/YY instead of default DD/MM/YY in the contact forms. Is there an easier way to do this or can it be added as an option in Enfold?Cheers!

You can try creating a child theme and copying the modified file to your child theme ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ ). You can also request such feature here https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
