    Customizer in Enfold Child Theme is showing the next message:

    We deactivate all our plugins, the message is still the same.
    Working on php 7.3 en WordPress 5.5.1 uses theme: Enfold Child.

    Can you help us solving this problem?

    Hey Victoria,

    We already understand that there is a problem with Gutenberg. The problem is that we can’t change and save things in Customizer, so it is not possible to switch between Gutenberg and Classic Editor.
    I sent you login details in private, can you take a look and help us further?

    Hi Jeanet,

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    I can’t load your site at all:

    This site can’t be reached
www.yoursite.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
