    Hello,
    I get an error announcement if i intend to use the customizer when the Classic Editor is enabled.
    If i switch to the Block Editor, the customizer works well. I don`t want to use the block editor because if i work at a page i have to scroll down a lot until i reache the ALB which is located under the code field of the block editor.

    Hey Oliver,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    All right done. By the way the problem exist on another off my installations, too. But on two additional installs all is fine.

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Thanks for your answer. It helped by doing via ftp. I tried to check manually before that and it was no update available. Why i didn`t get the message about a new version by the system?

    I’m not sure to be honest with you, but it’s likely some kind of server setting which might be blocking it. Please try installing the Envato Market plugin, to see if you get notifications after that: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
