Custom Template for dsidxpress

I am currently using a plugin called dsidxpress which posts real estate listings on my web site. When I click on one of the real estate listings it brings up the listing details. I am only allowed to apply saved templates such as:

1. Default
2. Archive
3. Blank – no header no footer

* Update I created a new template however need to know how to code it to do the following

1. Change Layout Side bar within template file or whatever route you suggest

* Update the following user was able to remove the side bar
