    We are using the Members plugin to customize user access for our client. This particular role only allows the user to create and edit their own pages and does not have access to other pages that they are not the author of. The only issue we are running into is that they are not allowed to use the Template within the Avia Page Builder. We get an error when trying to use the existing Templates. See below.

    It seems your are no longer logged in. Please reload the page and try again

    Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks for any information!

    Hey blizzmarketing,

    I’m not very familiar with the plugin but can you give us temporary admin access? so we can check the backend. You can post the details in Private Content, so it is only visible to the moderators.

    Hi,

    unfortunately we can’t help with this 3rd party plugin, as we have no experience with it. If plugin’s author can’t help you, then I would go for a different plugin. Check out our recommended plugin list for membership plugins: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/

    Also you could always hire a freelance developer for this job of course.
