Custom Post Type Filter not wkring correctly

I did define:

add_theme_support(‘add_avia_builder_post_type_option’);

That enables to select Custom post types in the elements. Very easy.

I add a mansory where I select the “pleases elect the entry type” to “references” and “which entries” to category -> X

At the page, I can see all references, equalless in which categories they are. All, not only X.
And yes, I did attach the wordPress standard Category to the custom post type, no custom category type…

How can I fix the issue to only get the entries which have the category which I define?
