Hello, thank you for so beautifull and simply configurable theme!
Could you please help me to solve my issue with custom background image in webpage footer.
I’m using latest WPML plugin and Latest enfold theme versions…

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Best regards,
BasilisJune 20, 2018 at 8:52 pm #975466That is great, that you are seeing the same problem too.
But how it can be solved?
I did not realised when this problem appeard, but all languages show me custom background before…
Can you help me to resolve this error?June 22, 2018 at 5:17 am #976087Hi,
Thanks for the update.
This is an issue with the theme’s css compression option. We disabled that temporarily from the Enfold > Performance panel. Please upgrade to version 4.4.1 and then enable the compression option back.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 22, 2018 at 6:05 pm #976422Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your help.
Yes! I see now, that the problem is with these new features that were introduced in new Enfold versions – Performance optimization.
4.4.1 enfold version do not resolve this problem, but I disabled Performance option on all nonedefault languages and page is loading background as it should.
Do you need additional time for problem investigation?
If no, I will delete user, that was created for you…
As for me, this Performance option is not needed, so it can be disabled in order page would work, as should.June 24, 2018 at 8:37 pm #977196Hi,
You can delete the user.
As the feature is new, we are still working on making it work properly.
It should be something we can fix, we will do add a patch update. We appreciate your patience and understanding :)
Best regards,
