Custom Fonts Assistance

Hi there, I’m building a new website and I’m trying to use three fonts on the site. I have the rights to use all three fonts in all of my marketing materials. However the fonts were provided by my branding team in OTF format, so they need conversion. The fonts are Neutra Text Regular, Sweet Sans Pro Bold and Neutra Display Medium.

Normally I can add custom fonts to Enfold theme sites without any problem. But in this case, the font generators (recommended by the Enfold custom font guide) are blocking my ability to convert the fonts due to the fonts being blacklisted by the generator – see attached screenshot from the private content below.

Do you have any alternative solutions so that I can use my branded fonts on my website with Enfold theme?

Or am I at a dead end trying to use these fonts on the website?
