Where I can find the custom font uploader? And how I can disable all connects to webfonts server?

For a method to delete the connection to the font server, please refer to the following:

THANKS! I have found it. Now I have upload the zip File with Open Sans from Google, but I cant choose the font in the register “Styling” -> Fonts.
