Custom css not working in diferent languages

Hello!

I work with three languages and css codes in file custom.css but it seems that only is applied in one language, when it should be applied in all languages, right? I tried to put in quick css the css code of each language, but does not work me. And there are many things we can not see in other languages.

For example, in Castellano languaje when the width of browser decreasse, appears the toogle menu correctly, but in other languages do not get it at all, and menu words takes position over logo.

And so with many other elements, like the switcher WPML menú. What Im doing wrong, please, could you help me?
