    Hi
what ever i do – CSS rules are not working.

    Task: Remove the logo
    CSS (working in Firebug):
    div .logo {display: none !important;}

It does NOT work when adding to my CSS (nor any other CSS version does the trick).
1: Yes – CSS rule is IN the CSS-file
2: Yes – CSS file is ON the server
    3: No – i have no caching-plugin
    4: Yes – i cleared my browsercache
5: No – i cant give you access

    Did you read my post?
    Sure?

    Hi,

If you have already added custom css, please make sure that it is formatted correctly. Broken css can prevent most everything that comes after it from running.

    Hi,

If you’re not able to give us access that’s understandable but it greatly limits how much we can do.

Is that fixed somewhere in your TOS?
    “No access – no support”?

    #1012860

    Hi,

It’s not “no-access-no support”, however if we are not able to visually see the issue it makes it quite tough. That CSS you pasted should work, but if its not we have to be able to see why.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon
