Custom accordion behaves strange.

First of all, I would like to say, that I understand, that my problem may be not the Enfold theme problem. But as I am not experienced coder I don’t even now is my problem appears because of WP, theme or bad code. So:

1. My customer wanted to redirect all his mobile visitors at the custom accordion – code we found thanks to google.
2. All worked fine till we added additional info under this accordion.
3. Our accordion at some cases started to scroll page down to the bottom.For example (pls. see: http://dbuve.lv/accordion-before/ )
3.1.If we press “Par Klīniku” then “Musu Komanda” we see long text we go to the bottom and want to press next element “Ginekologija” do like that all ‘thing’ goes very down that is not acceptable (wee see just dogs).
So my question is – if there is a way to hold page at the specific point – for viewer to see the subtabs of “Ginekologija”.
One more important thing to remember – we view this through mobiles, so what at the wide desktops is ok, is very bad at the mobile phone.
May be there just simple mistake or smth other i don’t see?
