    Hello,

    sporadically CSS is missing and the website is not shown properly (see screenshots in the private content). This just happens only to my client, so I can’t reproduce the error and find a solution. SSL certicifcate according to different validations tools seems valid.

    I acutally am not sure about the proper setttings in “optimization” (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/optimization/), maybe some adjustments there might help?!

    I did already ask exactly this because I had the same idea about temporary files and cache interfering with the changes made on the site. I also asked the client if I could take a look with TeamViewer as I think it might be caused by the personal settings of the browser and/or not correct deleted cache. Unfortunately my client is not cooperative and not willing to test anything anymore.

    We already tried different things as running a copy of the installation on another server, making a completly new installation on a subdomain, and another copy on a subdomain but without SSL. The only thing that worked was deactivating SSL, so the client wants me to to this now on the main domain.

    But if the cache is the problem the main domain – with or without SSL – will probably still cause errors as somethings seems to be stuck there.

    Is there anything I can do using the settings of Enfold (as said not sure which are the best settings of “optimization”)? Like deleting the cache via the Enfold-settings or a plugin and reloading the whole page as if it was new?

    Hi,

    What if you send proof to your customer that you can load the site normally on your end? I can’t reproduce the problem on my end, so it’s very likely a local problem.

    You can try to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, that is about all you can do in the theme.
