Hi,
We have been looking into an issue with our website that’s running Enfold and WooCommerce. There has been an intermittent issue recently where a critical error has been shown, refreshing the page usually resolved the issue at the time but the critical error kept occurring at random intervals.
This problem was happening on all pages / products. The WP debug mode has been turned on to try and troubleshoot the issue and this then showed issues with too much memory being attempted for allocation. The hosting provider have increased the memory however it’s now surfaced another error (see below).

In the past few weeks we have attempted upgrading all plugins, WordPress and WooCommerce, including updating the WooCommerce database but this has not fixed the issue.
Please can you assist, as this is urgent and the website is not usable.

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/optimization/#troubleshoot. I believe choosing “Fix WP bug, disable unique timestamps” option will fix the issue :)

Thanks for this, I have run through the steps and it seems to be behaving itself at the moment so will monitor it over the next few days. Should i be changing the merge settings back to compress and merge or leave them as disabled?November 11, 2020 at 4:58 pm #1259925 -
