    Hi there,
    I did a direct import on Creative Studio (Enfold) and while the text content is there, images are missing. Please help.

    Hi Rikard,

    I’ve attached a couple screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/iIzVJLr

    The first screenshot shows that the images of a demo file don’t show at all.
    The second screenshot shows that even when I want to change the text of a demo, a weird layout appears.

    Please let me know how I can fix this. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I think you have having this problem because of the WordPress 5 update. Could you try to install this plugin to see if that helps please? https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/

    Hi Rikard,
    I installed the plugin, and reinstalled other demos multiple times, and I still have the same issue: layout is weird and images don’t show.

    I’d like to have my website ready before Christmas and at this rate it’s going too slow to my taste. I’d like to have a refund processed for the Enfold package I bought. Thank you.

    If you want a refund, you would need contact Themeforest support as we don’t handle anything regarding sales, you can use this link to request for a refund: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    Another option is to enable Avia Layout Debugger on your site: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode and we’ll try to help set it up since it’s only single page site.
    I tried to check on your site to try to check it further however it just shows (renamed the website name in the error):

    The connection to 'yoursite.com' failed. 
Error: TimedOut (0x274c). 
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
