    Hi guys
We planning to use the (relatively) new cookie banner feature and I have two related questions for you.

    1. Can we somehow put a fixed link in the footer menu where the user is able to reopen the cookie banner settings?
I know you have implemented a floating icon doing this, but we would prefer to have it in text.

    2. Is there a way to lock the switches? To give an homogenous impression we would like to put the technically relevant cookies on one tab and make them always on. So the user is not able to switch them off.

    Thx. KR, Jay

    Hey brandreach_at,

    1. Yes you can customize it, it would require some extra work.
    2. It is, but this is not legal to do so.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hi Basilis

Great. Please tell me more. We gonna need both.
#1 will we need dev? – could we pay somebody at Kriesi or how is this working?
#2 was already confirmed by the legal department, so we dont need to worry.
    Details pls.

    thx

    Hi brandreach_at,

Please have a look at the following thread on how to add the link in the socket:
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-ad-sub-menu-in-the-socket-like-in-the-demo/

If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,

    Hi Victoria

Thanks but this is 6 years old, and I dont see how this is closely related to what we haver here, to make the Enfold GDPR Overlay available so it opens by clicking on a footer menu entry.
I just need to know if it is possible out of the box or not. Same for the other task.
If it is not possible out of the box, I need to ask here, where to put the code, cause we need to keep it update safe.

    Hi brandreach_at,

As for the other issue, no, not really.

We do not provide customizations like that, you hire someone from here

I thought you just needed a link in the socket to lead to the Privacy policy or the like.
    Best regards,
    Victoria
