Context form sends auto response but not the actual message

Hi,

Firstly, I tried all of this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-

I set up the contact form and it looks great, seems to work on the website. If I send in a message and say my email address is (Email address hidden if logged out) , then I get an email at that address that says thanks we will get back to you – so the auto response is working and sending fine.

However the email address I have listed as the ‘send to’ address, for the message a customer might submit in the form, is not arriving. I currently have all settings pointing to the admin email address, but still no luck. Any ideas?
