    Try adding this code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    .page-id-76 #main div#av_section_1 {
    background-attachment: fixed !important;
}

    Unfortunately, still same issue. I cleared cache, tried using two browsers (Safari & Dolphin) on iPhone 7+
