Hello! We migrated to a new server and everything seems to be working, but we’re no longer receiving emails from the contact page. There are no front end errors, I’m trying to work with the hosting company to check and see if it is something on the back end there, too but have to try and get this resolved asap! Please let me know if there is anything that could cause that with Enfold… server info in private post.
Talking with the host, they are saying this:
You won’t be able to send without an email address and password to sent through the SMTP server.
But there is nowhere to specify that in the enfold admin for the contact page? Please let me know if I need to swap to another contact form…Hi,
