Contact Forms will no longer send to emails that are same as domain

Hello support,

My contact forms are no longer sending forms to email addresses that are the same as the domain.

Website URL: westcotthomes.com
eMails: (Email address hidden if logged out)

the forms work fine when sending to any other email addresses outside the domain address.
They worked fine until the recent WP and Enfold updates.
