    We have just been contacted by a customer who says he sent a contact form in 2 weeks ago, that we didn’t receive. We have just tested and we are not receiving contact forms. We advertise on a third party website, so get lots of enquiries through there, but have not had an enquiry come through from our own website since August. We have been so busy with other enquiries we didn’t notice until now.

    I have no idea how many potential leads we have missed.

    Please can someone look into this asap and advise whether any contact form emails are recoverable?

    I saw something on another forum about upgrades causing an issue a month ago. If that is the case and this problem is known about, why haven’t you just contacted all enfold users and advised them with a solution (assuming you have one)?

    The one enquiry who called us is a significantly high value order. So not being able to receive these forms could have lost our business thousands in orders, not to mention reputational damage from not responding to enquiries.

    This needs fixing ASAP

    I’m not sure if they would be recoverable, you will have to contact your hosting provider for that. Have you tried sending emails using the form yourself and is it working? If not then please try referring to this:
