    Hello, support,
    We use Enfold’s native contact form. We would like to track users’ information such as the user’s landing page on our website, which page the user came to our site from, which page the user filled out the form from, the user’s IP address, etc.
    What are the steps we need to take to accomplish this?

    Thank you for the reply.
    However, I might not have explained myself well.

    Currently in our “old” website we use Contact-Form-7, where our internet lead can send us notification to reach out.
    An email will be triggered to the client as well to us.

    In the footer of the email we receive from Contact-Form-7, there are some tracking information similar to the following:

    — Tracking Info — The user filled the form on: https://www.edi2xml.com/edi2xml-the-edi-to-xml-converter/ The user came to your website from: https://www.edi2xml.com/blog/4-challenges-of-edi-and-drop-ship-in-ecommerce/ The user’s landing page on your website: http://www.edi2xml.com/blog/4-challenges-of-edi-and-drop-ship-in-ecommerce/ User’s IP: 37.139.53.21 User’s browser is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/90.0.4430.93 Safari/537.36

    That information is collected by the plugin called “Contact Form 7 Leads Tracking”.

    How can we achieve the same result with the native Enfold contact form ?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your question but unfortunately, this is not an option for the native Enfold contact form. Our contact form was designed to be a basic starter as a contact form with the expectation that advanced users would use one of the many plugins, such as Contact-Form-7.
    Over the years our form has vastly improved, but we have not been able to devote the time needed to it as Contact-Form-7 has to their plugin.
    I would recommend using Contact-Form-7 as they have a great product with many addons from independent developers.
    We have many ideas we want to include into our native Enfold contact form, but currently there are also many other elements that we need to address.
