    I read the FAQ post ‘My contact form is not sending emails’, but the steps there didn’t apply to this issue. I installed Contact Form 7 as instructed, and it sent the email to my admin email fine, so it is not a hosting issue. I have tried multiple admin email accounts, and nothing is working.

    I’d really like to keep the theme’s contact form for aesthetic purposes. Can anyone help?

    Hey sjohnson0424!

    I viewed your link but all I saw was the CF7 and another form from a plugin. Send us a link to the exact page where your using our contact form and we’ll take a look.

    Hey Elliot,

    Yes, I had to switch it to the CF7 for the time being because I didn’t want visitors submitting a form that wasn’t working.

    I have a test page up where the same thing is happening: http://www.ocotalcoffee.com/test-2

    Once that one is working, I plan to put the theme’s contact form back on the home page.

    Any solution to this problem yet? I am having the same issue. Contact form 7 is working fine but no luck with the enfold form builder. Really hoping I can figure this out asap as I’m pretty big on design and all other form builders besides the enfold form builder just dont cut it design wise.

    So I checked your page but the contact form seems to be working fine. The problem is that your not receiving the emails? If so then please do each of these troubleshooting steps, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/, and let us know of the results.

    Hey Elliot,

    It seems to be working now. I’m not sure what changed, maybe it was a bug fix in the theme update.

    Regardless, I’m getting form submissions to my email now.

    Have you tried using a different email address? Please refer to the link provided above. One of the suggestions might fix the issue.

    Hi!

    I didn’t see any forms in your link.

    Try using the plugins Contact Form 7 and WP SMTP as shown in the link, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/, to see if emails are being sent with those plugins.

    Also contact your hosting provider and let them know your having trouble receiving emails to see if there are any current server problems.

    Great theme, but this is taking a lot of time…
    No, client is still not receiving emails. Also not on gmail-accounts.
    Sender does get a confirmation mail.
    Using Contact form 7, WP SMTP, Enfold 3.1.5 and WP 4.2.2

    Hey!

    I still don’t see any forms in the link you provided. Does it work in the default theme? Contact your hosting provider to see if they have any ideas on why your having trouble with emails.

    Hi Elliott, the contact/e-mail form is working properly now. Could have been the latest update from Contact Form 7…
    I’ll keep an eye on it but thank you so far.
