Contact Form not working

Hi guys,

I’m having trouble getting the contact form to work (I’m not receiving any emails and also no ‘Your message has been sent!’ message is appearing after clicking the ‘submit’ button on the form). I have tried it with Google captcha v2, v3 and without it completely and have had no luck receiving emails through the form. I have also tried installing the plugin Easy WP SMTP and have had no luck with that either.

I have added the domain, the page the contact form can be found on, as well as admin access for if you need to take a look.

Any help in getting this issue fixed would be greatly appreciated.
